SWEET AS ... A New Zealand term for everything is ok or a term for agreeance rather than saying yes.

SWEET AS Chief Trainer

I began playing rugby when I was a high school student, and have played in university, at the New Zealand, and corporate-owned team of Japan for 10 several years. Now, I work as an assistant coach of women’s sevens rugby team, "Rugirl-7." I open the KAATSU training studio because I would like to contribute to social and health for everyone by using my experience. The keyword is "KEEP Young and Healthy."

A person would like to become healthy, lose weight, and get a physical strength.  A person would like to improve performance of various sports, for example, breaking the running or swimming records, and increasing the distance of golf. A person would like to recovery the muscular strength that became weak for injuries. I have the menu, which can support various needs. Also, I prepare the menu, which is particular about making a beautiful leg, beautiful hip, and beautiful back for women.

I wait for the visit of all of you heartily.

I went abroad to study in the United States to study about the health and human performance. I acquired qualification of Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and worked as a strength coach for the purpose of performance improvement and the injury prevention of the athletes. After I went back Japan, I worked as a personal trainer in the training studio. In late years, I acquired machine & mat Pilates, the MasterStretch, and the BodyKey qualification. I provide the training to change a body.
