What to wear and bring for training
Kaatsu training requires to wrap both of your shoulder joints and groins and this can’t be wrapped on your bare skin. Please wear a shirt with sleeves and pants or leggings that are at least knee length.
We also recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing as you are expected to run or walk.
We also have towels for rent. Hand towel + Bath towel set for ¥210.
